A treasure. These antique Chinese hand-carved doors have images of lotus, fruits and Chinese symbols for water on the top panel. The doors and frame are set in a stand. The doors are hinged to the frame via wooden pegs. The wood finish varies from medium to dark brown, with traces of the original black lacquer. The hardware is original to the period.
